Raffle for Stay and Day Pass Campus Experience F. Real Madrid
1. Organiser
The company INDUSTRIAS HOTELERAS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO SL, hereinafter the organiser, with fiscal address:
Benidorm, Avda.L'Aiguera nº11 03500 Benidorm (Alicante), Telf. 96 585 11 21 and with CIF B-03058542 is organising a promotion on Facebook and Instagram under the modality of a DRAW and in accordance with the rules detailed below.
2. Sweepstakes period
The draw will be promoted from the 26th of July until the 2th of August 2022, at 23:59 (CET) on the official profile of the Magic Robin Hood accommodation on Facebook and Instagram, and the winner will be announced on the 3th of August 2022 in a publication on said Facebook and Instagram page.
Users can participate until 08/02 at 23.59h and as many times as they want as long as they meet the conditions specified in the publication of the draw. Once the prize draw is closed, no more users will be able to participate. Industrias Hoteleras del Mediterráneo is not responsible for late entries or fraudulent or incomplete participations.
3. Conditions of participation
Any natural person of legal age and with full capacity to exercise their rights may participate in the draw. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
No direct employees, family members or collaborators of the organiser may participate in this promotion. Minors are excluded from participating in the competition. In order to participate in the prize draw, the participant must have a Facebook or Instagram account and their profile must be public, in order to be able to check that the requirements of the prize draw are met.
4. Mechanics of participation
The prize draw will take place on Magic Robin Hood's Instagram and Facebook profiles, and 1 winner will be chosen from among all those who participate and meet the established requirements. To participate in the draw, users must follow the following steps:
-On Facebook:
- Mention 3 or more people in the comments of the publication and like the publication (image) of the draw.
- Follow the official Magic Robin Hood profile on Facebook.
- Share the post (photo) publicly
-On Instagram:
- Mention 3 or more people in the comments of the post and like the giveaway post (image).
- Follow the official @magicrobinhoodresort profile on Instagram.
- Share the post (photo) publicly in a storie and mention @magicrobinhoodresort.
The winner will be chosen randomly by the organiser from all the participants in the prize draw.
5. Prize and duration of the prize
The prize consists of 2-night stay in a Lion Heart cabin (2 adults + 2 children) on an all-inclusive board and a Day Pass for a single child aged 7 to 17 at the Campus Experience Fundación Real Madrid, which is integrated into the resort. It does not include travel for the winner or their companions, nor does it include other expenses derived from the enjoyment of the prize. The organiser reserves the right to modify the gifts for others of similar promotional cost, in the event of force majeure.
The prize must be enjoyed during August 2022 (1st to 26th August 2022), subject to availability. The acceptance of the date is furthermore conditioned to the quota of free gifts for that specific period. In the event that the prize is not enjoyed on the dates set out in these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize and it cannot be redeemed at a later or earlier date. In the event that the winner has booked the stay of the prize, and it subsequently needs to be modified or cancelled, the corresponding cancellation costs will be applied. Furthermore, the prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product, service or for its economic value.

The winner of the prize will be subject to compliance with all tax obligations established by the applicable legislation in force, where applicable, and will be solely responsible for the payment of the same.
6. Other rules of use
Offensive, violent or pornographic comments; messages that invade or harm the privacy of third parties; insults, threats, foul language; degrading content or disqualifications towards any person, other members of the community or towards our products and services, brand or team are prohibited and will not be admitted. Such comments will be removed from the publication and the author will not be able to participate in the competition and will be automatically and immediately excluded from it. Likewise, any participant in the promotional sweepstakes who uses or is suspected of using, operating or employing any means, systems or devices for the automated and massive introduction of data or are carriers of viruses will be excluded. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to take legal action against the perpetrator.
